advised in order to realise the substantial cost
savings and service improvements predicted in the
original study.

goals, both inside and outside the project and
across locations, through discussions,
presentations, persuasion and workshops, based on
ITIL.
Evaluated, guided and
mentored IT managers for their new multi-site and
